The vision for the masterplan provides the people of Townsville with a variety of facilities on Ross Creek creating a precinct that offers new entertainment, cultural and recreational activities along the water's edge. Above the proposed ground level entertainment areas the plan includes a 5 star hotel, a high rise commercial tower and a serviced apartment building.

This $1.2 Billion scheme provides a new 300 bed hospital fully integrated with a larger medical faculty. The teaching facilities were orientated around a central courtyard with classrooms set above the waterfront.

The scheme is Master Plan Competition design for a large university campus located in a valley surrounded with lush tropical hills. The proposal creates a large artificial water body with the three main squares defining administrative, teaching and common areas.
