Competitive design to deliver a 2000+ seats multi-purpose recreational facility capable of holding major sporting events, trade, exhibition shows, concerts and banquets. A clear functional diagram has be applied as to separate service and public areas allowing for the seamless and quick turnaround between events. The design of the venue meets 'best practice' industry standards with strong emphasis to passive energy efficient outcomes.
