1201 Aquarius I 2010

Located at level 12, Aquarius on Strand, this small space is privileged to one of the most sought out ocean views in Townsville. The project brief was to transform a dilapidated rental studio apartment into a luxury apartment sufficiently equipped to support owners occupation on a full time basis. This extraordinary challenge, for a space of only 33 square meters, was met with careful consideration of every inch of space available using a clean and simple palette of finishes and concealed layers of packed functionality.
