Batemans Bay Bridge Hotel I 2018
Batemans Bay Bridge is an iconic heritage listed structure that defines the history of Batemans Bay. With the new bridge under construction along its western side, the old bridge was to be demolished at a substantial costs. Architects North' development proposal for re-adaptive use retains the heritage structure creating an international hotel with service apartments. The proposal of a 'Living bridge' brings substantial economic and cultural value to the area.
