Southpark Terraces I 2009

Southpark Terrace is a low rise residential development on the fringe of Townsville's CBD. The total of nine terrace apartments was developed in two separate buildings. The shared courtyard contains concealed common services and parking. The design language is simple, climatically responsive and repetitive, creating an instant sense of familiarity.
