Hub on Echlin

Hub on Echlin project received Australian Institute or Architects (AIA) top regional awards at the 2016 AIA North Queensland Awards program - Walter and Oliver Tunbridge Award for Building of the Year, Regional Project of the Year and Regional Commendation. Following this success, the project received AIA QLD State Award for Multiple Housing at the 2016 AIA QLD State Awards event in Brisbane.

The project creates a positive legacy to regional design and our firm's commitment to sustainable, medium density, urban outcomes - the creation of an affordable alternative to the car-dependant suburban sprawl, a shift from suburban to an urban, sustainable city.
