The Bakery

The Bakery on Macrossan is a conversion of an existing warehouse into residential terraces. The project showcases sustainable, infill development at its best and puts value back into one of Townsville's oldest suburbs. Each warehouse apartment has two large, double height courtyards maximizing natural breezes and ventilation by convection. The project was recently approved by TCC and is a sign of exciting times ahead.
