Park Terraces

Park Terrace is a contemporary outcome in an inner-city, parkland setting – a living based on a considerate architectural response. The design is based on two pavilions allowing a level of privacy and a variety of uses: multi-generational living, or empty nesters requiring separation between living and guest areas. The pavilions are linked by a study room with a central courtyard, filtering natural light and ventilation to the heart of the buildings interior. The development includes single and double level designs set on four adjacent sites, forming a cohesive streetscape.
