Masatto's Residence

Masatto's residence is the result of an another successful collaboration between Ferngold Homes and architects north. Located on a waterfront block in Fairfield Waters, the building design challenges the prevailing design philosophy elevating the living and master bedroom areas to the upper level. The 'reverse living', associated with the earlier 'Queenslander' building typology, elevates the most important dwelling areas to the views and ocean breezes. This highly contemporary sculptural building form is achieved on a tight budget. The anticipated project practical completion is in February 2017.
